Writing for script media- Seminar 1

We are back in Year 2: The first seminar I had in week 11 was Writing for script media. In the seminar, we were to think about 'Why we have working inside out talk'.
And here are the list of things our seminar group came up with:

• So people can learn to analyse a text.
• Look at other peoples’ work.
• Learn to work as a team.
• Make up own ideas to add to the script.
• Try different things with the cameras.
• Practice with different equipment.
• Try to interpret other peoples’ work.
• So we can experience following and writing a script.
• Learn to deconstruct a script.
• Learn what a script looks like.
• Start to understand the process of scripting.

After discussing and gathering points for above question, we were given a small project to work on in the next 4 weeks in a group of three. The task was to create a short film based on the script that was given during this seminar.
